Best Western Plus New England Inn & Suites

We initially went to the place because they had a pool…we just wanted to get away for the night sort of a staycation. We were pleasantly greeted by extremely friendly staff. I loved our patient. They were with the customer on the phone so they’re initial greeting. set the stage for our stay. Our rooms were delightfully large…the beds were comfy. The energy in the hotel felt really nice. Bathrooms were clean. we were extremely comfortable. We had such a lovely time !!! :) ..but surprisingly we never got to swim.lol!!! breakfast was cute. The other guest were friendly.. we will definitely stay again. Enjoy your stay.!!! Good job Best Western!!!

"Our stay at Best Western Inn and Suites was truly exceptional! The room was impeccably clean. As well as the pool! very comfortable bed, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was perfect, breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Berlin Connecticut.

Room was spacious, up to date and clean.

The bed was super comfortable. Firm with a soft topper. There were pillows of varying support, so I think you would find what you like. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a nice assortment. Also, it was quiet and I slept well.

It has improved a lot since the last time I stayed. More selection and hot items on the menu now. Attendant was very welcoming and helpful. The location of the dining area is very convenient.
